Article 1. No. ZR-223 "About operational search activities" (further - the Law) after the words "About Tax Service" to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of October 22, 2007 with words ", " about confiscation of property of illegal origin".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 4 of the Law with Item 7.1 of the following content:
"7. 1) detection of data and data on property of illegal origin, assistance to process of confiscation of this property;".
Article 3. In article 6 of the Law:
Part 1 after words of "adoption of the verdict of not guilty" to add 1) with the words "or the ends of production on confiscation of property of illegal origin";
Part 4 after words of "adoption of the verdict of not guilty" to add 2) with the words "or the ends of production on confiscation of property of illegal origin".
Article 4. Item 1 of part 1 of article 11 of the Law after the words "obligatory written instructions of the prosecutor" to add with the words "the written instructions given by competent authority in connection with confiscation of property of illegal origin".
Article 5. To add part 4 of article 31 of the Law with the new offer of the following content: "The operational search action, stipulated in Item 15 parts 1 of article 14 of this Law, can be held also in that case when concerning the property belonging to person production on confiscation of property of illegal origin is performed.".
Article 6. To add part 1 of article 35 of the Law after the words "procedural management" with words ", and also process of confiscation of property of illegal origin".
Article 7. To add part 2 of article 36 of the Law after the words "written instructions of the prosecutor" with the words "and the written instructions given in connection with process of confiscation of property of illegal origin".
