2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its promulgation following behind day on the official website of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities.

1. In the Code of gas-transport system approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2493, No. 1378/27823 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015:
1) in Item 5 of Chapter 1 of the Section I:
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"auction award - money which size is determined as the work of amount of capacity (to which by results of auction access is provided) on the number of gas days in the period of use of this capacity and the auction allowance;";
the eighth and ninth to exclude paragraphs.
