The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. In paragraphs the second, third, fourth the subitem 10 of Item 9 of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the word "crimes" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "criminal offense".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day, but not earlier than entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of pre-judicial investigation of separate categories of criminal offenses" of November 22, 2018 No. 2617-VIII.
