1. Bring in the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2018 No. 867 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 98, Art. 3226; 2020, No. 12, the Art. 479, No. 36, the Art. 1194), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since July 1, 2020.

Since July 1, 2020 the NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy performs sale/supply of natural gas according to Items 7, 8 and 11 these Provisions at the prices, the established seller (supplier) and the buyer (consumer), but it is not higher than the level which considers arithmetic-mean value of the actual prices (End of Day) of natural gas the next days of supply of gas (Day-Ahead and Weekend) on the Netherlands gas hub (TTF) from 1 on the 22nd of supply of gas according to information of the Powernext/EEX exchange, difference (spread) between the price on hub of TTF and on border of Ukraine and rate for transportation services of natural gas for points of entry to Ukraine on interstate connection with Poland/Slovakia/Hungary:
