About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the General Education"

Article 1. No. ZR-160 "About the general education" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 3 of the Law of July 20, 2009 with Items 6.1 and 6.2 of the following content:
"6. 1) remote education - the form of implementation of the educational program within which the direct and not being direct training process between the pupil and the teacher is performed generally by means of information technologies and telecommunications however in the course of the organization of the main general education programs can be applied according to the procedure, established by authorized body of public administration by training, in exceptional cases and for certain term;
6. 2) credit system - system of the organization of educational process of secondary education, current and final assessment of educational progress of pupils, measurements, accounting and transfer of assimilation of the educational program by means of the credits;".
Article 2. To add article 9 of the Law with part 8 of the following content:
"8. The state educational institutions are called according to the procedure, established by authorized body of public administration by training.".
Article 3. Part 5 of article 10 of the Law after the offer "For the purpose of the effective organization of educational activities of educational institution consultative bodies are created: faculty, parents', student's meetings, methodical subject associations, procedure for forming and which competences are established by the charter of educational institution." to add with the new offer of the following content: "Pedagogical, PTA and student's meetings according to the procedure, approved by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, can be involved in process of election of the director of this educational institution.".
Article 4. To state part 13 of article 12 of the Law in the following edition:
