For the purpose of ensuring realization of Item 1.4 of "The national plan of action for encouragement of the open government for 2016-2018" approved by the Order of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 27, 2016 No. 1993, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
In Rules of issue of special permission to emission of the hazardous substances in atmospheric air and harmful physical impacts on it approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 112 of July 13, 2002. (The collection of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 7, Article 450) to make the following changes:
1. Subitems 2.1. 3, 2.1. 6, 2.1.8 and 2.1.9 are subject to cancellation.
2. Add Item 2.1-1 of the following content:
"2.1-1. Payments for emission of hazardous substances in the atmosphere and issue of special permissions to harmful physical impacts are brought in the State fund of environmental protection according to article 18.5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About licenses and permissions" and submit the document confirming payment, to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources."
