About entering of amendment into article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone of "Balti" No. 26/2010
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (2) article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone of "Balti" No. 26/2010 (2010, Art. No. 39-40, 105), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item r) the following content:
"r) two parcels of land: Ploshchad 2,9892 of hectare, cadastral number 3842101685, and Ploshchad 8,0316 of hectare, cadastral number 3842108292, behind line of the village of Pyryta, the district Dubesar.".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to provide to the Government approval of the regulations necessary for its execution.
