Bring in the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About ensuring execution of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About subsoil" of February 13, 1999 No. 102 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 2, Article 85; 2003, No. 10, Articles 546, 582; 2007, No. 8, Article 769; 2008, No. 3, Article 174, No. 8, Article 719, No. 9, Article 798; 2014, No. 2, Article 112) following changes:
1.1. in the first offer of Item 1.6 of the word "The commission on inventories of minerals of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - "The commission on inventories of minerals") "shall be replaced with words" the state agency on use of mineral raw material resources (further - the Agency)";
