The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when implementing the state supervision of activities of tour operators and merging of tour operators in the field of outbound tourism and the state control of activities of the accredited organizations performing classification of hotels, classification of ski slopes, classification of beaches, by the list according to appendix No. 1.
2. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when implementing the state supervision of activities of tour operators and merging of tour operators in the field of outbound tourism and the state control of activities of the accredited organizations performing classification of hotels, classification of ski slopes, classification of beaches, by the list according to appendix No. 2.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
