About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About lotteries"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of January 17, 2003 No. ZR-3 "About lotteries" (further - the Law):

Item 14 to state 1) in the following edition:

"14) authorized body - the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Armenia.";

To add 2) with Item 14.1 of the following content:

"14. 1) monitoring body - Committee of state revenues under the Government of the Republic of Armenia;".

Article 2. In heading, parts 3.1, 3. 2, 5 - 7, the 9th Articles 7, parts 1 and 3 of Article 10, Article Item "in" 11, of part of 1 Article 13, parts 1 and 4 of Article 14 of the word "authorized body" in the corresponding case headlights shall be replaced with words "monitoring body".

Article 3. To state the text of article 12 of the Law in the following edition:

"1. In case of violations of this Law the monitoring body applies the following measures of responsibility to the organizer:

a) prevention and recommendation of elimination of violations;

b) penalty.

The monitoring body in case of identification of the basis for suspension or cancellation of the license in writing addresses authorized body for implementation of this process, having submitted all documents necessary for implementation of this production.

2. In case of violations of this Law the authorized body applies the following measures of responsibility to the organizer:

a) suspension of action of the license;

b) cancellation of the license.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
