1. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2017 No. 370 "About approval of Rules of issue and use of the official ID by the serviceman of control facility and supervision of activities of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its description" (it is registered in the Register of regulatory legal acts for No. 15561, it is published on September 11, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
2. To provide the Ministries of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure for the Republic of Kazakhstan to department on supervision of safety of flights of the state aircraft of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;
3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.
5. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
