According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 27, 2019 No. PP-4249 "About the Strategy of further development and reforming of electric power industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan", of July 9, 2019 "About measures for stable providing economy and the population with energy resources, financial improvement and enhancement of management system with oil and gas industry" and of August 22, 2019 No. PP-4422 "About the accelerated measures for increase in energy efficiency of industries of economy and the social sphere, implementation of energy-saving technologies and development of renewable energy resources" the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-4388:

1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

3. To Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. S. Sultanov.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. From item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 18, 1998 No. 397 "About measures for enhancement of work of gas stations and improvement of providing consumers of the republic by oil products" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, 9, the Art. 35) the paragraph the fourth to exclude No.

c) in Item 5 of the word "Regulations on Tariff Customer Groups of Electrical and Heat Energy" shall be replaced with words "Instructions for use electrical energy".

"3. Use of heat energy as type of industrial output, it is performed according to these rules based on the contract for use of heat energy signed between the heatsupplying company and the consumer whose thermal installations are directly attached to thermal networks of the heatsupplying company. Standard agreements on use of heat energy are developed by the heatsupplying company, approved with the Ministry of housing-and-municipal servicing of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Inspectorate for control in power industry (further - Uzenergoinspektion) and affirm the Department of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

b) from the paragraph of the fourth Item 25 of the word "In Case" to exclude;
