Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About non-governmental organizations (public associations and funds)" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 10, Article 710; 2001, No. 9, Article 576, No. 11, Article 675; 2003, No. 1, Article 16; 2005, No. 4, Article 278, No. 8, Article 684, No. 10, Article 908; 2007, No. 11, Articles 1049, 1053; 2008, No. 8, Article 699; 2009, No. 7, Article 517, No. 8, Article 611; 2010, No. 4, Article 265; 2013, No. 3, Article 216; 2014, No. 2, Article 79, No. 11, Article 1359):

1. under Article 31.3:

1.1. in the first offer of the word "established in this Article" shall be replaced with words "provided below", at the end of the offer to replace sign of point with colon sign;

1.2. cancel the second offer.

2. Add with Article 31.3-1 of the following content:

"31.3-1. The activities of non-governmental organization, including branch or representative office of non-governmental organization of foreign state interfering elimination of the situations which became the reason of the announcement of warlike situation and implementation of the established measures can be suspended before the termination of warlike situation.".
