About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1455; 2015, No. 59, the Art. 1943), changes which are applied.

1. To state the subitem 8 of Item 3 in the following edition:
"8) prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction (rather lawyer bureaus, lawyer associations and lawyers performing lawyer activities individually; notaries; the subjects of managing providing legal services; persons providing services in creation, ensuring their activities or management of legal entities);".
2. In item 4:
1) in subitem 72 of the word "The Commissions on Questions of Application of Sanctions for Violation of Requirements of the Acts of the Legislation Regulating Activities in the field of Prevention and Counteraction of Legalization (Washing) of Income Gained in the Criminal Way or to Terrorism Financing" shall be replaced with words "The commissions on questions of application of corrective actions for violation of requirements of the legislation regulating activities in the field of prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction";
