Regulations on the car driver license, the organization and holding examination on the receipt of the car driver license and admission conditions to traffic approved by the Order of the Government No. 1452/2007 (2008, Art. No. 8-10, 42), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 18-2 of the following content:
"18-2. In case of loss, theft or destruction, and also in case of change of name of the owner of the car driver license issued by competent authority of the Republic of Moldova recovery/replacement of the car driver license does not require in addition medical certificate of the transport driver and candidate for receipt of the car driver license (Form No. 083/e) certifying the state of health, physical qualities and skills necessary for the driver of the vehicle, provided in the subitem е) Item 17, within effective period of earlier issued car driver license. In column 12 ("Restrictii") of the car driver license data from earlier issued car driver license are specified."
