1. Approve Regulations on the car driver license, the organization and holding examination on receipt of the car driver license and admission conditions to traffic it (is applied).

4. From the effective date this resolution to declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 52 of January 23, 2001. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and qualification of transport drivers, and also conditions of their admission to participation in traffic" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. 5. This resolution becomes effective within 6 months from the date of publication.
