1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2004 No. 1590 "About approval of Rules of consumer services of consumers" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "January 9, 2002" shall be replaced with words "on January 9, 2002 No. 90-Z";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(are applied)";
in Rules of consumer services of the consumers approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
