Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7598; 2014, No. 6, Art. 562; No. 19, Art. 2289; 2015, No. 1, Art. 53; No. 29, Art. 4364; 2016, No. 1, Art. 78; No. 10, Art. 1320; No. 23, Art. 3289; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5130; No. 53, Art. 8423; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7796) following changes:

1) in Article 71.1:

The term of compensation of the specified expenses, procedure and the bases of release of agreement parties about target training from their compensation, procedure for determination of the amount of this compensation in the federal budget are established by the Government of the Russian Federation in regulations on the target training specified in part 6 of this Article, and in budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation or local budgets by public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation or local government bodies.";
