1. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 8, 1995 No. 100 "About approval of the Procedure for calculation of the average salary" (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 111; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249) words "The ministry of social policy" shall be replaced with words the Official Bulletin of Ukraine "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 19, 1999 No. 859 "About conditions and the amount of compensation of heads of the companies founded on the state-owned, utility property and associations of the state companies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 21, Art. 957; 2000, No. 18, Art. 742; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249):
In paragraph three of Item 3 of the word "The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words 1) "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";
To "The Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 5 of the word to "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry", and the word of "nation-wide" - the word "state";
To "The ministry of social policy" shall be replaced with words 3) in Item 6 of the word to "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry".
