About modification and amendments in the Law "About Trade and Services"

Article 1. "About trade and services" (further - the Law) to state the ninth paragraph of article 2 of the Law of November 24, 2004 to No. ZR-134 in the following edition:
"Items of mobile trade - only the cars and (or) trail cars to them provided with the corresponding equipment for storage and retail trade by goods and also rendering services;".
Article 2. Add the law with Articles 5.2 - 5.4 following of content:
"Article 5.2. The organization of trade or rendering service by means of Items of mobile trade in the administrative territory of community Yerevan
1. Activities for the organization of trade or rendering service by means of Items of mobile trade in the administrative territory of community Yerevan are performed only by legal entities or individual entrepreneurs based on the permission issued by the mayor of Yerevan.
In issue of permission refuses in case of discrepancy to the adjustments provided by the first the paragraph of part 2 of this Article. Permission is issued, or in issue of permission refuses within ten days after receipt of the application submitted by the individual entrepreneur or the legal entity for permission. The procedure for issue or refusal in issue of permission establishes the Council of Elders of community Yerevan.
2. The requirements, conditions shown to Items of mobile trade, admissible places for implementation of mobile trade, procedure, terms, conditions of their provision (allocation) and admissible hours of implementation of activities, and also which are not resolved types of the sold goods or the rendered services are established by the decision of the Council of Elders of community Yerevan.
Admissible places of implementation of mobile trade are provided (are allocated) only by means of the website of the city hall of Yerevan created specially for this purpose, method of electronic reservation for up to three days. At the same time duration of their allocation cannot exceed 14 hours a day and no later than till 23:00.
