About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Local Self-government in the City of Yerevan"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 9 of the Law of December 26, 2008 No. ZR-5 "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) words to "republican executive bodies" shall be replaced with words "systems of public administration".
Article 2. From Item 3 of part 1 of article 14 of the Law of the word "judicial employee" to exclude.
Article 3. In article 65 of the Law of the word "republican executive bodies", "executive bodies" and "republican executive authority" shall be replaced with words "systems of public administration".
Article 4. Regarding the 2nd article 87 and part 3 of article 102 of the Law shall be replaced with words the word "conceptual" "municipal administrative".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
