1. Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 2, 1997 No. 38 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 5, Article 320; 2003, No. 9, Article 524; 2004, No. 5, Article 383; 2006, No. 3, Article 297, No. 5, Article 463; 2008, No. 7, Article 683; 2011, No. 4, Article 363; 2017, No. 10, Article 1928):
1.1. on Appendix 1 to this Resolution:
1.1.1. In both cases in sample of "The registration certificate of the work" to replace the words "Copyright of the Azerbaijan Republic" with the words "Intellectual Property of the Azerbaijan Republic", the word "Copyright" the words "Intellectual Property", and the word "Item" - the word "part";
1.1.2. In part 1 of "Procedure for issue of the registration certificate of the work" of the word "Copyright of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "The intellectual property of the Azerbaijan Republic";
1.2. on Appendix 2 to this Resolution - "The author's agreement of Copyright agency of the Azerbaijan Republic":
