According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of May 5, 2018 "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning assistance to attraction of foreign investments" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 2418-VIII:
1. Approve Changes in the Payment procedure joint-stock company of dividends approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of April 12, 2016 No. 391, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 27, 2016 for No. 639/28769, which are applied.
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for the direction of notifications to shareholders through depositary system of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 07, 2017 No. 148, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2017 for No. 408/30276, which are applied.
3. To Central Securities Depository, depository institutions to bring the internal documents into accord with requirements of this decision no later than six months from the date of entry into force of this decision.
4. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market () provide Kurochkin I.:
submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
