2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance Zh. A. Kuchkarov and the Minister of Internal Affairs P. R. Bobozhonov.

1. In Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the execution of transactions with automotor-vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 7, 2006 No. 38 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 3, the Art. 17):
add with the paragraph third the following content:
"on cases of use and control of vehicles of close relatives (parents, the husband (wife), children, brothers, sisters) of the vehicle owner specified in the insurance policy of obligatory civil liability insurance of the vehicle owner";
