About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning assessment of tax expenses of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning assessment of tax expenses of the Russian Federation.
2. Determine that approval of techniques of efficiency evaluation of tax expenses of the Russian Federation and evaluating efficiency of the tax expenses of the Russian Federation included in the list of tax expenses of the Russian Federation for 2020 and planning period of 2021 and 2022 are performed concerning tax expenses of the Russian Federation as a result of which emergence the forecast of amount of the loss of income in 2019 exceeds 0,01 of percent of the amount of the income of the federal budget approved in the federal budget for 2019.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to create and post on the official site the Ministries on the Internet the list of tax expenses of the Russian Federation concerning which the efficiency evaluation in 2019 is carried out.
4. Determine that development of state programs of the Russian Federation regarding inclusion of the data provided by Items 1 and 2 of the changes approved by this resolution and placement of the summary annual report on the course of realization and efficiency evaluation of state programs of the Russian Federation regarding inclusion of data, the stipulated in Item 4 changes approved by this resolution are allowed without use of analytical information system of ensuring openness of the activities of federal executive bodies placed on the Internet (www.programs.gov.ru) before commissioning of the corresponding components and modules.
5. Items 1 and 2 of the changes approved by this resolution become effective since April 1, 2020.
