This resolution shifts part (1) Articles 3, subparagraph one of part (2) Articles 4, part (7) Articles 7, part (4) Articles 9, Item b) parts (1) Articles 10, part (2) and subparagraph two of part (5) Articles (11) and part (1) Article 12 of the Directive 2014/40/EU of the European Parliament and Council of April 3, 2014 about rapprochement of the legislative, regulating and administrative regulations of the EU member states concerning production, representation in the market and sales of tobacco products and similar products and on cancellation of the Directive 2001/37/EC (the text extends to EEP) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 127 of April 29, 2014 with the last amendments made by the delegated Directive 2014/109/EU of the Commission of October 10, 2014.
