Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2018 No. 867 "About approval of the Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 92, the Art. 3052, No. 98, Art. 3226; 2019, No. 79, Art. 2716, No. 98, Art. 3268; 2020, No. 12, the Art. 479) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 3 of the resolution of figure and the word "May 1, 2020" to replace with figures and the words "May 1, 2021".
2. In Regulations on the assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the specified resolution:
Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3. This Provision assigns the following special obligations:
1) on JSC National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine (further - NAK Naftogaz Ukrainy):
till July 1, 2020 to sell natural gas to suppliers of natural gas for needs of residential customers, the religious organizations (except the amounts used for implementation of their production business activity) and the state company of Ukraine "The international children's center "Artek" on conditions and according to the procedure, determined by this Provision;
