About modification of the Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of effective use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on use of standard instruments of regulation of liquidity of bank system by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 17, 2015 No. 615 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Chapter 3 of the Section II:

add Item 21 with three new paragraphs of such content:

"5) to the bond of the companies which placement is performed under guarantee of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and is confirmed with means in the Government budget of Ukraine;

6) bonds of local loans.

Inclusion in asset pool (property) of the securities determined in subitems 5, of the 6th Item 21 of Chapter 3 of the Section II of this provision is performed based on board decision of National Bank on representation of Credit committee of National Bank.";
