About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Advertising"

Article 1. Of April 30, 1996 "About advertizing" (further - the Law) the words "and cigarettes" to exclude ZR-55 from part 2 of article 14 of the Law.

Article 2. In article 15 of the Law:

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. In case of advertizing of alcoholic beverages it is forbidden:

b) induce consumers to the use, give negative assessment to the moderate use or non-use of alcohol;

c) represent high degree of alcohol in drinks as merit;

d) inspire that the use of alcoholic beverages is essential to finding of good form, achievement of success or receipt of attractiveness;

e) describe and represent persons 25 years are younger.";

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. All types of advertizing of tobacco products, their accessories, substitutes of tobacco products (except for the substitutes used for the medical purposes), similarity of tobacco products, including their use are prohibited.";

To exclude 3) from parts 3 and 4 of the word "and cigarettes";

4) part Item "and" 5, part 5.1, Item "and" Items 5. 2, 5.3 to recognize invalid.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
