About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on parts (1) and (2) Article 20 and part (5) article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 760/2010 about public organization "Agency of Electronic Control" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 150-152, 832), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 28 to state 1) in the following edition:

"28. Executive activities of the Agency are performed under the leadership of the director. The director is helped by the deputy director.";

To add 2) with Item 28-1 of the following content:

"28-1. The director and the deputy director are appointed to position and dismissed by the founder."

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 314/2017 about creation of the Agency of the state services (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 162-170, 396), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 25 to state 1) in the following edition:

"25. Executive activities of the Agency are performed under the leadership of the director. The director is helped by the first deputy director and two deputy directors.";

To add 2) with Item 25-1 of the following content:

"25-1. The director, the first deputy director and deputy directors are appointed to position and dismissed by the founder.";

3) in subitem 8-1) of Item 27 of the word of "deputy directors" shall be replaced with words "the first deputy director and deputy directors";

Item 28 to state 4) in the following edition:

"28. In the absence of the director its duties are fulfilled by the first deputy director, one of deputy directors, in this sequence, according to the order issued by the director."
