About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (2) article 26 of the Law on training of citizens for protection of the Homeland No. 1245/2002 (2002, 1054), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 137-138, in the following edition:

"(2) For the purpose of completing of Armed forces by the citizens having scarce specialties according to the decision of the head of age military structure the limit of transfer under the contract can be increased by military service, but shall not exceed age limit of stay on military service under the contract, stipulated in Clause 22. This procedure can be applied only once during execution of military service. The list of military positions with scarce specialties is determined by the head of military structure in the procedure established by the Government.".

Art. II. - In article 28 of the Law on the status of the military personnel No. 162/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 129-131, 618), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in Item d) parts (the words "except for the case provided by part (11);" shall be replaced with words 6) "except for the case provided by part (2) article 26 of the Law on training of citizens for protection of the Homeland No. 1245/2002;";

part (to recognize 11) invalid.

Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective in three-months time from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government before entry into force of this law:

a) provide to Parliament of the offer on reduction of the current legislation to compliance with this law;

b) bring the regulations into accord with this law.
