1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2018 No. 149 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for provision of money in the form of the credit and their return (repayment)" the following changes:
to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for provision of money in the form of the credit and their return (repayment) it (is applied).";
