About introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 4 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

"m) the parent, including reception which properly performs rashcheniye and education of four and more children, for the period when at least one of children did not reach 18 years;";

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) Persons to whom before entry into force of this law Government provided the status of insured person as mother with four and more children keep this status.

(3) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
