2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

"3) for all types of coal by code according to UKTVED 2701 (except anthracitic coal for all categories of consignees by code according to UKTVED 2701 11 00 00; bituminous coal and the coked coal for metallurgical industry by codes according to UKTVED 2701 12 10 00, 2701 12 90th 00, 2701 19 00th 00, and also coal of the Fast brand ("П"), according to GSTU 3472:2015 "Coal brown, stone and anthracite" by codes according to UKTVED 2701 12 90 00, 2701 19 00 00 for producers of electrical and heat energy) which are imported on customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of import, since April 15, 2020 - 65 percent.".
