About modification of the Procedure for state registration of legal entities, physical persons - entrepreneurs and the public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity

According to subitem 2-2 of Item 3, I ORDER to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinets of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, for the purpose of enhancement of carrying out state registration electronically:

1. Bring in the Procedure for state registration of the legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming who do not have the status of the legal entity, No. 359/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 9, 2016 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 9, 2016 for No. 200/28330, the following changes:

1) in Item 1 of the Section II:
