About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine
According to the Law of Ukraine "About accreditation of conformity assessment bodies" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:
1. Bring in Item 2.2 of the Section II of the Technique of cost determination of works on the accreditation and monitoring approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 5, 2012 No. 973, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 за№ 1589/21901, the following changes:
in paragraph ten of the word "extraordinary" shall be replaced with words ", extraordinary and others";
the seventeenth after the words "and European standards" to add the paragraph with the words "or to requirements of the international or European standards".
2. Bring in the Regulations on Council for accreditation of the National agency on accreditation of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of August 26, 2016 No. 1408, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 13, 2016 for No. 1246/29376, the following changes:
in Item 2 of the Section IV of the word of "The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry of Ukraine";
in the text of the Provision to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development in all cases with the word of Ministry of Economics in the corresponding case;
the paragraph one of Item to add 2 appendices to the Provision after the words "and the European" with the words "or to requirements of the international or European standards".
