About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995 (repeated publication: 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 18-2 of the following content:
"Article 18-2. Provision of loans to Fund of guaranteeing deposits in bank system
The National Bank of Moldova can present Fonda of guaranteeing deposits in bank system loans according to parts (1), (2) and (4) article 16 of the Law on guaranteeing deposits in bank system No. 575/2003 and on the conditions established by Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova.".
Art. II. - In the Item z-7) of Article 20 and part (5) article 31 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to exclude words of "physical persons".
Art. III. - In part (4) article 16 of the Law on guaranteeing deposits in bank system No. 575/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 30-34, 169), with subsequent changes, to replace the words "the help with liquidity in emergency situations" with the word "loans", and shall be replaced with words the words "it is completely guaranteed" "they are completely guaranteed".
Art. IV. - Part (1) article 54-1 of the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121/2007 (2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes, after the word "body" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with words ", appointed according to provisions of the Law on National committee on financial stability No. 209/2018,".
