About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Safety of Objects of Fuel and Energy Complex"

Article 2 to add 1) with Item 3.1 of the following content:
"3. 1) the safety area of object of fuel and energy complex - the territory or the water area around the separate object of fuel and energy complex determined by the Government of the Russian Federation in which borders the measures aimed at providing specific mode of protection of such object against acts of illegal intervention are implemented;";
"The federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of fuel and energy complex and (or)" to exclude 2) regarding 3rd Article 6 of the word;
Article 9 to add 3) with part 6 of the following content:
"6. The government of the Russian Federation on representation of the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and the normative legal regulation in the field of fuel and energy complex approved with federal executive body in the field of safety and the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of private security determines:
1) separate objects of fuel and energy complex around which safety areas of objects of fuel and energy complex with the description of location of borders of such zones are established;
2) measures for providing specific mode of protection against acts of illegal intervention in the safety area of object of fuel and energy complex, including procedure for realization of these measures.".
