About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Operational Search Activities"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of October 22, 2007 ZR-223-N "About operational search activities" (further – the Law):
Heading to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 9. The operating-technical divisions operating in systems of Service of homeland security of the Republic of Armenia and Police of the Republic of Armenia";
To state 2) to part 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1. Holding the operational search action control of telephone conversations provided by this Law is provided by the operating-technical divisions operating in systems of Service of homeland security of the Republic of Armenia, and also Police of the Republic of Armenia (further – operating-technical division). The operating-technical division operating in system of Police of the Republic of Armenia provides holding operational search action control of the telephone conversation performed only at the initiative of operational search divisions of police and also for the purpose of accomplishment of the assignment given to these divisions on the bases established by the law or in the cases provided by international treaties.
2. Direct management of operating-technical division is performed by the chief of operating-technical division who is appointed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, respectively, on representation of the director of Service of homeland security of the Republic of Armenia or the chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia. The common directorship of operating-technical division in the systems is performed by the director of Service of homeland security of the Republic of Armenia and the chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia.";
3) regarding 4 words "Head department" shall be replaced with words "Operating-technical division".
