About modification of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the database about technical regulations
According to the subitem 165 of item 4 and Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 11, 2019 to No. 838), and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of June 6, 2019 No. 2740-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of acts of the European Union law in the field of technical regulation" I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for forming and maintaining the database about technical regulations approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of October 8, 2015 No. 1282, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 27, 2015 for No. 1309/27754, the following changes:
1) in the Section I:
state Item 1.6 in the following edition:
"1.6. Manager of BDTR is the Ministry of Economics which collects and generalizes information provided by the central executive bodies, the Security Service of Ukraine to whom functions of technical regulation in certain fields of activity are assigned (further - the relevant state bodies).";
state Item 1.7 in the following edition:
"1.7. Data from BDTR are posted in the systematized type on the official website of Ministry of Economics.";
in the subitem 1 of Item 2.1:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"leaving of the corresponding technical regulations without changes by results of review;";
