Item 25 of the Regulations on sending out on business of workers of subjects of the Republic of Moldova approved by the Order of the Government No. 10/2012 (2012, Art. No. 7-12, 30), with subsequent changes, after paragraph one to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the new paragraph of the following content:
"If the organizer compensates expenses of the recalled worker by return of financial resources to the account of the sending subject, the last will provide total compensation of expenses to the recalled worker in the amount of, provided by the organizer".
