Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2014 No. 563 "Some questions of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On clarification of the power" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 85, Art. 2412; 2015, No. 28, Art. 809; 2019, No. 90, the Art. 2993) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of conducting check of reliability of data concerning application of the prohibitions provided by parts three and the fourth article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the clarification of the power" approved by the specified resolution:
1) in Item 2:
in subitem 2 of the word of "The Attorney-General of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "Attorney-General";
in subitem 4 of the word of "The supreme council of justice" shall be replaced with words "The supreme council of justice";
in subitem 6:
shall be replaced with words the word "GPS" "the central executive body which realizes state policy in the field of execution of criminal penalties";
shall be replaced with words the word "GFS" "GNS, State Customs Services";
2) in item 4:
the paragraph one after words" (further - the head of body)" to add with words ", or on the head of public service in state body to which powers dismissal from position of person concerning whom it is performed (further - the head of public service) belongs";
