1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 96 "About statement and removal from accounting in tax authorities" the following changes:
from word preamble", subitem 6.201 of Item 6" to exclude;
in appendix 1 to this resolution:
in paragraph one of Item 15 of the word "the chief accountant (accountant)" shall be replaced with words "person performing management of financial accounting";
replace the words "position, surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the representative" and "position, surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) official" respectively with the words "the employee's position, surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) the representative" and "the state position, surname, own name, middle name (if that is available) official";
