About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning retail trade
Based on Item 3 of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 No. 90-Z "About consumer protection", the paragraph of the fourth 6, of Item 12 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2002 778, to add the list of the nonfoods of proper quality which are not subject to exchange and return with Item 30-1 of the following content:
"30-1. Not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products.";
1.2. Item 12 of the Rules of commission trade by nonfoods approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2007 No. 744, after the paragraph of the nineteenth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products;";
1.3. part one of Item 3 of the Rules of sales of goods when implementing retail trade on samples approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 15, 2009 No. 31, after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"not tobacco nicotinocontaining tobacco products;";
