According to articles 42 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, article 3 of the Protocol on some questions of import and the goods circulation on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of October 16, 2015 and item 4 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of the motor vehicles with electric motors classified by code 8703 80 000 2 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till December 31, 2021 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 8703 80 000 2 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "72C)";
