About modification and amendments in the Law "About Ensuring Activities, Servicing and Social Guarantees of Officials"

Article 1. In article 2 of the Law of February 4, 2014 ZR-1-N "About ensuring activities, servicing and social guarantees of officials" (further – the Law):
1) in Item 5 of part 1 of the word "the employee who served in Special investigative service at least 10 years" shall be replaced with words "person holding autonomous position in Special investigative service at least 10 years";
2) in Item 5.1 of part 1 of the word "the employee who served in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia at least 10 years" shall be replaced with words "person holding autonomous position in the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia at least 10 years".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of the word of "the employee of Special investigative service, the employee of the Investigative Committee" shall be replaced with words "person holding autonomous position in Special investigative service, the Investigative Committee".
Article 3. In article 9 of the Law:
1) in the first paragraph of Item 2 of part 3 of the word "person dismissed the employee of Special investigative service" shall be replaced with words "person exempted from autonomous position in Special investigative service";
2) in Item 2 parts 3 words of "the employee of Special investigative service" shall be replaced with words "occupations of autonomous position in Special investigative service";
The second paragraph of item 4 of part 3 after the words "to positions of the employee of Special investigative service" to add 3) with words "(on autonomous position in Special investigative service)";
