About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2019 I ORDER to No. 870 "Some questions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice" and the subitem 69 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228,:
1. In the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 7, 2014 No. 1066/5 "About providing the organization of availability of the population to notarial services and improvement of work on provision of such services", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 7, 2014 for No. 734/25511, of the word "Head Department of Justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Head Departments of Justice in Areas, the Cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" and "head department of justice" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "territorial authority of the Ministry of Justice" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
2. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.
3. To department of private law (Ferens And.) provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective in 5 working days after its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Gorovts E.
