About modification of the Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. The Section VI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Budget code of Ukraine (2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 3-6 of the following content:

"3-6. Determine that as exception of provisions of part four of article 17 of this Code, the central executive body which realizes state policy in the field of road economy for the purpose of financial provision of development of network and content of highways public of the state value has the right to perform borrowings under the state guarantees according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine if the relevant provision is provided in the law on the Government budget of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
