Bring in Rules of conducting special accounting of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing the transactions with precious metals and gemstones approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2015 No. 1052 "About conducting special accounting of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing transactions with precious metals and gemstones" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 41, Art. 5663; 2018, No. 29, 4439), following changes:
a) in item 4 of the word "shall be replaced with words federal state institution "The Russian State Assay Chamber under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation" "The federal assay chamber";
b) in Item 5 of the word "are subject to statement" shall be replaced with words "submit to authorized body the documents specified in Item 6 of these rules for statement".
