To add 2) with parts 66 and 67 of the following content:
"66. Till December 31, 2022 customers, authorized bodies, authorized institutions have the right to conduct equipment procurement and the equipment, works on accomplishment of engineering researches, architectural construction to designing, construction, reconstruction, capital and running repair, demolition of capital construction projects (including highways), works on preserving objects of cultural heritage (historical and cultural monuments) the people of the Russian Federation, works on improvement of the territories for ensuring the state needs of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol according to the procedure, established by this Federal Law, or to perform the choice of method of determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor), the stipulated in Article 24 presents of the Federal Law, according to the procedure which is approved with the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body and established by regulatory legal acts according to the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol. At the same time contract settlements, concluded by results of determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) according to the procedure established by regulatory legal acts according to the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol are subject to treasurer maintenance in accordance with the established procedure.
67.
